Chain of Custody

Scan-verified pickup and delivery, along with electronic signatures, create a documented custody trail that supports HIPAA accountability requirements.

Incident Reporting

We maintain procedures for identifying, reporting, and responding to any suspected breach involving protected health information in our custody, consistent with applicable breach notification rules.
